What is 5S and the Red Tag Area?
The 5S and Red Tag Area are one of the first tools that are applied in the LeanActivity Factory Game. That's why we're going to take a look at what these tools look like in the gameplay.
The aim of the 5S and Red Tag game round is for all participants to understand the basics of 5S. Later in the game the task is then to carry out a 5S workshop together with the players to eliminate waste on the shop floor.
