Fair Play Returns – Simple Rules, No Surprises

Return period 30 days from the date of delivery (14 days for promotional or limited products if specified).
Accepted reasons for return - Change of mind / not satisfied with the product
- Product damaged during shipment
- Wrong item received
Eligible products Physical products only. Digital products (downloads, software, online courses) are excluded from returns.
Condition required Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to initiate a return Contact us at support@leanactivity.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
International returns Customers outside the EU must handle customs declarations, duties, and any import/export fees.
Refund method Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refund processing time Within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
