The Lean Game Rules

The LeanActivity Factory Game simulates real shop floor processes. Therefore, all elements are handled by the training team as they are used in reality. This means that a forklift sticks to logistic ways and the assembly operators can have walking routes to reach raw materials or tools.

Being close to real processes means not first having to understand Lean in abstract Presentations or slides, but to understand the principles right away in a real shop floor simulation. The training participants can thus understand the lean tools immediately and apply them to real processes after the training immediately.
